Buffalo Chicken Dip

Perfect for parties. Enough said.

You can also find this recipe on the back of Frank’s Red Hot sauce.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 8 oz package of softened cream cheese (I use light cream cheese)
  • 1/2 c blue cheese or ranch dressing (I use blue cheese)
  • 1/2 c Frank’s Red Hot sauce
  • 1/2 c blue cheese crumbles or shredded mozzerella (I use blue cheese)
  • 2 cans (large) of shredded chicken (drained) (could also use fresh shredded chicken)

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Stir cream cheese and salad dressing until smooth. Stir in Red Hot sauce and cheese.
  3. Mix in shredded chicken
  4. Cook for 20 minutes

Served great with celery, carrots, and (of course) Fritos 🙂

Give it a whirl!

  1. My roommate makes this very dish for parties. It is good. Unfortunately, I think this is the only dish she’s ever made IN HER LIFE.

  2. I make this once a month, its my go to and we actually have some over here in cube world today, lol.

I like it better with ranch dressing though and if you ever have left over chicken from dinner the night before you can make a half recipe really easily!
