Woo WOo WOO!! I actually didn’t even remember that it was Cinco de Mayo until after I got to work. I received a wonderful text message from the man asking what are evening plans were for the big margarita day. Weeeeelll — they definitely include ingesting some margs.
I have a lot of updates for you all. We’ll start with work news. We’re just about finished training and have started taking calls by ourselves. I know I haven’t really explained my job/company at all on here.. so I’ll give a general briefing. Mainly I’ll be on the phones. I’m a 401(k) representative and service people’s plans. I deal with various problems/inquiries/issues all day. Some of them include taking loans, distributions, tax consequences, rollovers, contributions — etc. Considering I had zero knowledge of anything financial/investing — the last 5 1/2 weeks have been a lot of educating. Over the past week we’ve been taking calls with coaches and partners. Yesterday afternoon we started taking them alone. Although I was really nervous to start — I’m really confident and reassured that I can definitely perform the job well. Soooo – that’s a plus!
Other news: I’ve been really tired since I got home from the weekend. I definitely haven’t been staying up late and haven’t found a lot of time to get my bloggin’ in. The funny thing is — when I get bored during the day I hand write my posts and plan to post them later. Sooo — I have at least three posts written that I just haven’t done anything with. A brief over view of the last two days…
Monday was a complete off-day for me. I woke up a little late and felt gross and nauseous after being awake for an hour. Then my lotion (self-tanning.. so it was even a bigger mess) exploded in my shower-stuff bag. The air conditioning in our building wasn’t on all weekend. This means it took half the day to cool down to a livable condition. I could keep going — but I’d rather not.
Yesterday I had a really good day. Like I already mentioned I started taking calls by myself. I also met my mom for lunch at Red Robin and had a yummmmy chicken bruschetta sandwich! Here’s my work outs since Friday:
- 20 minutes on Crosstrainer
- 15 minutes on stand-up stationary bike
- LEGS ( press, extension, curls, inner and outer thighs)
- 20 minute Crosstrainer
- 20 min Bike
- Arms (biceps, triceps, shoulder press, chest press, lat pulldowns)
- 2.5 mile run
- 15 minutes Crosstrainer
- 10 min rowing machine
- 10 Bike
- 15 Crosstrainer
- Long stretch
