Egg and Sausage Casserole


  • 1 pound hot sausage
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 t dry mustard
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 3 slices of bread (cubed)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese


  • Brown and drain sausage. Set aside
  • In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, dry mustard, salt. Beat on medium speed 1-2 minutes
  • Stir in bread, cheese, and sausage
  • Pour into ungreased 9×13 glass pan
  • Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes

Tasty with syrup!
