Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

3 lb. chicken wings (or thighs)
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. water

Directions:

Arrange chicken wings in shallow baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and heat until sugar and butter dissolve.
Cool and pour over wings. Marinate 2 hours turning occasionally without removing sauce.
Place in 350 degree oven and bake 45 minutes turning once, and spooning sauce over chicken a couple of times.
Drain on paper towel. Serve hot or cold. Serves 6 as a main dish.
