Please note: I do not measure these ingredients when I make this dish. I have estimated the amount of each ingredient for the purposes of being easy to follow. As with every recipe, please alter it to your likes rather than following it exactly.
Roasted Red Potatoes
5 large Red Potatoes
3 T Olive Oil
1 t Salt
1 t Pepper
2 T Fresh Rosemary
Rinse potatoes and cube into small bite size pieces.
Rinse and remove rosemary leaves from the branch.
Add potatoes, rosemary, salt, pepper, and olive oil to a large zip-lock bag.
Shake all ingredients until well incorporated.
Cook at 375 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Other options: Potatoes blend well with many spices. Instead of Rosemary try things like Cajun Seasoning, Old Bay, Chives, etc. Whatever your preferences are — give it a try!
